Recently we have also started to invest as a developer in the housing market.
Berezyńska 46 has a cosy atmosphere, elegance and is another example of Polish modernism in the Saska Kępa district. The building is located in the old part of Saska Kepa, near to the confluence of Saska Street and Waszyngtona Avenue, opposite Skaryszewski Park. The three upper floors contain seven apartments with a green roof terrace containing flowers, shrubs and a pergola. An underground car park provides 12 parking spaces. All building levels – from the underground car park to the view terrace on the roof – are connected by a panoramic lift with a glass shaft opening onto the roof. The building’s simple, white facade with large windows is complemented by wooden openwork shutters giving lightness to the whole construction.
